PLEASANTON, Texas – More than opening night bragging rights are at stake for IMCA Modifieds this Saturday at I-37 Speedway. Pit passes are $30, car and driver is $50. Local sponsor for the Modified division is Simpson Safety Equipment. Pit gates and the grandstand open at 4 p.m. The drivers’ meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. with hot laps and racing to follow. Spectator admission is $13 for adults, $9 for seniors and military personnel with ID, $6 for kids ages six to 12 and free for ages five and under. The March 7 main event pays $1,000 to win, with a Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot berth as well as IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Razor Chassis South Central Region, E3 Spark Plugs State and track points at stake.
